Once your listing is up and running, and you start to receive guests, our Turn-Around service will provide a professional and reliable cleaning make-over service to ensure efficient turn-around.
A thorough clean of surfaces, living areas, bathrooms, floors and bed-linen change etc. will return the property to ‘ready-to-go-again’ status within a few hours.
For corporate and holiday letting, extra attention is given to checking for spillage marks, breakages, ensuring fridge and oven, microwave and expel-air are all clean.
Our Turn Around service would provide freshly laundered linen, together with some sweet extras that will make the space inviting once again.
- If there were to be any excessive problems with clendliness or spillages, this would be managed via the deposit under the e-Listing Management Service.
